2025 Early Talent Program - Technology - AI & Analytics

Make the move from educated to experienced with our Technology Early Talent Program. This is a fulltime employment opportunity that begins with a 12-month exploration designed to uncover your potential, advance your technical skills, and jumpstart your career in technology.

Areas of Opportunity:

  • AI, Advanced Analytics and Data Governance
    • Automates what used to be manual tasks to save valuable employee time, drive forward governance, and reduce critical errors. Works with emerging technologies and tools to further development of internal Ally Ai tools in a responsible, secure, and scalable manner.
  • ETO: Enterprise Technology Operations
    • From network services to server management, the ETO team ensures enterprise-wide technology operates smoothly and efficiently to provide an always-on experience. Provides an optimal technology experience for Ally’s external customers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on cloud acceleration/engineering, AI ops, and self-healing technology.
  • EDA: Enterprise Data & Analytics
    • Centralizes data and democratizes analytics to drive real-time insights and enable a data culture across Ally. Includes design, development, and management of Ally’s strategic cloud data platform (Nucleus) and other data warehouses, as well as analytics and reporting platforms.

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field of study preferred (graduating between July 2024 and June 2025)
