Energy Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented energy auditor to join our team. A background in construction or construction management would align well with the role. This job will be an early hire for our startup so we hope this individual can be a valuable member to the team and continue to grow with us. This role requires client interaction, reliable transportation (driver's license), ability to multitask and manage a crew of 2-3 others.

Duties
- Conduct thorough energy audits using BPI methodology
- Thorough understanding of blower door and other equipment used in the auditing process
- Interact with customers and communicate the work that is being done in their home
- Manage a crew and make sure that the work is being done correctly and efficiently
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
- Manage crew scheduling and make sure the crew is arriving on time to jobs

Experience (Not Required)
- Experience with BPI audits and BPI training preferred
- Familiarity with project and team management in a field/construction setting preferred
- Experience working in homes and interacting with homeowners is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication experience
-Construction or related experience is a plus

Requirements

- Must be able to pass a one time drug and background screening to work with some of our partners
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability and comfortability operating in attics and crawl spaces
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel around the greater Atlanta area
